Situated in Zona Sur on Av. Rafael Pabon is one of the largest entertainment complexes in Bolivia.
Covering four levels, La Paz’s Centro Comercial Megacenter is home to 60 stores selling everything from clothing and sports accessories to appliances and toys.
The multi-faceted mall also features 14 movie theatres, a large food court, a three-tiered parking lot with room for 450 vehicles, a commercial and financial centre, not to mention one of the best stocked hypermarkets in the city.
One of the best ways to get to the Megacenter from the city centre is via cable car. Take the yellow Teleferico to the end of the line and change onto the green Teleferico getting off at estación Irpavi. From Irpavi station it’s a 10 minute walk to the Megacenter.
